I'm moving..

The past week I've been thinking on what to do to this blog. I admit compared to the volume of posts I had previously, you can notice that I neglected blogging so much since I was pre- occupied with work and personal things aside. But some friends advised me to continue blogging and I've thought about it that maybe I should start afresh under a new domain (yeah my domain name sounds too childish lol!). I've imported all my posts here and I'm now trying to start blogging again. 7 Different Colors of Love: 2011 Korean Film Festival @ SM Cinemas

Just learned the news from a friend that there will be a screening held for Korean Movies this month at the SM Cinemas, specifically at North Edsa, Mall of Asia and Cebu sponsored by the Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines. The 2011 Korean Film Festival will feature the following movies: Hwang Jin Yi, Secret Reunion, For Eternal Hearts, Christmas in August, Speedy Scandal, Happy Life and My Dear Enemy. I haven't really had the chance to see a Korean film in an actual movie house so this time I'll try to catch one of the films featured in the festival.

The Google+ Project

I've been intrigued by this new Social networking site that Google launched to go head to head vs. Facebook, aptly named Google+. Got an invite from my brother since I was really curious about it. I have not navigated the site too much but I'll try to give a review about it in the next few days. Meanwhile here's a guide to Google+

What a Stormy week!

As I type this post, I can see the sun shining in my place right now, a big contrast from what happened here a week ago due to the rains/floods brought in by Tropical storm Maeri (local Philippine name Falcon). It quite ruined my week as I have been so lazy already due to the weather **can somebody cue The Lazy Song please**

It has been raining since last Monday but the storm really brought lots of rain around Thursday and Friday, just my luck since I was trapped at home alone and due to the heavy rainfall, our house got some floodwater inside

I have called our office for a half day shift for 2 consecutive days due to the floods - and I was surprised to know that our systems got affected by the storm and all that went to work got compensated by playing games/watching movies/videoke/bonding time with workmates/free food while waiting for the internet connection to go up. It happened for only a day but I did enjoy that long "downtime" haha. Luckily there was also a week long event at work, so it made it more poignant I guess.


I sang my heart out at the videoke station at work, regardless of the heavy rainfall lol!


The storm's rainfall amount was scary that we thought another Ondoy will happen but God is Good as the rains stopped by Saturday morning finally time to clean up the floods and to start the week more productively so to speak.

I really hope for a productive and meaningful week for everyone :) God is good all the time!
